By accessing or using Lega ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lega is an AI-first graphic design tool that provides features including but not limited to:

• AI-powered layout generation
• Photo-to-layout conversion
• Smart style suggestions
• Multi-frame canvas editing
• High-resolution design export
• Design sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the designs, images, and other content you create using Lega ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lega and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate layout suggestions and style recommendations. While we strive for quality results:

• AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI suggestions before final use
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for professional or commercial purposes without human review

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content after a reasonable retention period
• You may request an export of your User Content before account deletion

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India for resolution of any disputes not resolved through arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
